Fully certified fire rated doors
Meeting the needs of fire containment requires the discipline to design within parameters that ensure integrity in the event of a fire, yet deliver everyday ease of use and the durability to withstand heavy traffic.
The “FireTeck”-BS Steel Fire doorset meets these parameters with an elegant lipless flush design that, in conjunction with its standard butt jointed corner double rebate frame, provides clean integrated styling alongside certified performance.

Tested and assessed
Doors are tested and assessed to BS EN 1634-1: 2000 / BS 476: Part 22: 1987 for up to 240 minutes integrity.
Door Leaf
Strong and Rigid
45mm thick and double skinned in 1.0mm galvanised sheet steel, a bonded honeycomb core provides strength and rigidity eliminating flex and distortion under load in the operating cycle.
Reinforcing channels and pads provide further rigidity to the leaf and strengthening at the fixing locations for hinges, closers, handles and other hardware.

Sizing and door leaf specifications
Doors are available in the following ranges:
- Single leaf: 650mm – 1300mm widths
- Double leaf: 1300mm – 2500mm widths
- Both single and double leaf doors are available from 1750mm – 3050mm high
Over panels are also available up to 1000mm high. Doors can be handed to suit.
