If Carlsberg built lorry drivers, Jim, Jon and many Teckentrup Depot customers think they’d be just like Brian. Brian Milne has been with Jim & Jon since the beginning – 2½ years ago now. After a short break, whilst the Teckentrup Depot purchased it’s new, what Jim euphemistically calls ‘our fleet”, of vehicles’, Brian is back.
The fact that we now own our own vehicles and have Brian heading up our driving team gives us the flexibility to provide customer service right to the doorstep. The buying experience begins when you pick up a brochure, call Alison in our sales office, receive the delivery from Brian that ultimately finishes with the perfect installation for your customer. Brian delivers a huge chunk of this service for us.
The man is a constant source of optimism. Nothing is too difficult. He is a mathematical genius who is continually telling us that it’s ‘6 and 2 threes’ as far as he’s concerned, or “its nay going to get done by itsel’, so we’d be as weel gettin’ on wee’ it”.
